I just bought a TomTom GO Premium and thought it had Lifetime Maps & Live Traffic but machine is saying services are expiring soon. How do I sort this out?

Hi, last year I've purchased live traffic and it updated automatically, this year I am trying to purchase same and its not compatible, I have accidentally purchased map-which I do not require. Trying to contact tom-tom but they r very busy which is understandable. Don't know what to do. Can someone please help.

During the current situation with many working from home some accounts are taking longer to sort out than normal..
Hopefully @VikramK will pick this up tomorrow and sort your account out so you get the Map updates etc. Look back later.
