My tomtom go Supreme is not connecting to traffic in australia

I have tried to connect to traffic on my go supreme in Australia I have paired it to my phone, am I missing a step some where?

    Is your GO Supreme logged into My Drive. See Menu/Settings/My Drive.

    i try it says traffic is not available try later but it is working on my second unit

    Look back here later to see what @VikramK ir @lampard have to say after they have reviewed your units settings on the TT servers.

    Could you please indicate here the last 3 digits of the serial number, not more than that, so they can be sure they are reviewing the relevant unit.
