MyDrive Connect is not linked to my device VIA130
When i connected my device to my pc and open MyDrive Connect, the application updated to version 4.2.8.4052. But MyDrive Connect application is not showing the screen with the updates for my device. When it opens, it shows the following message:
"This page could not be found. We always want you to find your way! Use the search box below or try one of our suggestions".
There is a search box in the screen but it does not work!
Please help.
Thanking you in advance.

SuperusersHi
@Kmixal
Welcome to the Site...,.
If i have a problem with myDrive Connect...I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program gives MyDrive Connect a CPR and brings to bring it back to life...

I'm on a Mac but have found the two folders you mentioned (Home3 and MyDriveConnect) and deleted them. Hurrah.. that's done the trick after a couple of frustrating weeks I've updated it successfully.
Many thanks for the advice.
On a Mac....
The "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders are located here...

SuperuserHi all
@Kmixal
It's a MyDrive Connect bug with the language chosen, the Greek (Ελληνικά). The problem has been reported here and forwarded by the TomTom moderator to the appropriate TomTom team for a fix.
Sorry for you but in the meantime no other workaround than to choose another language, English for example.
You can keep the latest version of MDC 4.2.8.4052. No need to uninstall or close it, change the language used.
- Right-click on the MDC icon in the taskbar next to the clock, if necessary click on the symbol ^ to find the MDC icon, choose "Settings".
- Go to the "General" tab then on the "Country" line, select another language then "Save settings".
Regards.
