14 days return policy TomTom

I just cannot find anywhere on the TomTom website which tells me how to cancel my order and return the item. The legal section section of the website says I can do so within 14 days of the delivery of the item, but not how to do so. My order number is Order #40xxxxx708

    At the bottom right you will find a red floating button that says "Contact Us", click on it to send your question to the customer service.

    That's what you've called "excellent return policy"? I think it is dishonest policy, sending to a page where you won't find any clear steps how to do it, but instead the "bot" would move you around to multiple unrelated support pages. Someday, someone, (or not just one) will file to the legal measurements to force TomTom of improving this part of their sales. Especially needed with the declined qualities of the product
