The update of my europe map failed
it stays me 12 days to do this for i have to pay for one new year more
I cannot update my maps an other time
What should i do?

Try restoring the device by formatting the card, reinstalling the software and the map-

Which is the current map version installed?
Steps-
1. In the main menu, tap Status & Information.
2. Tap Version information.
3. The version of the map is listed next to the name of the Map, for example: ' Europe' v870.xxx.

I don't think it's the last one because it comes from my February backup
I very much hope that tomtom helps me quickly

I cant send you a picture
When i made the update of my carminat (tke last one was made on february)
the europe map begun to be loaded
the update stopped at 2cm of the end of the
progression line and a message appeared saying that the update failed
I see that the current version is number 1050, mine is 1049
When i try to make a new update, the europe map line doesnt appear any more
I think my account is blocked!

Just so @VikramK has the correct information did you mean to type your current map is 1049 or is it 1040 which you said before.

Try the steps below-
Remove the current map on the device-
Disconnect the device/card and RE-INSTALL TomTom HOME- Please follow the steps as advised on the below article-

Now connect the device/card to the computer and open TomTom HOME.
Login in with you TomTom account and check for map updates......

I made a mistake
My current map is 1040 9799 as written on july the 4th

I followed the process:
I deleted europe map with Tomtom Home
I deleted tomtom home and renamed all Tomtom files on my computer
i reloaded Tomtom home2
I opened it and loaded the europe map without problem
I put my sd card in my carminat in my car but it doesn't works, the sandglas is turning but nothing appears!
What can i do?

i finally succeeded to update my map
I formated my sd card, deleted tomtom home and all tomtom files
II reloaded new version of tomtom home after having put my formated sd card in my device
Then i could load the new files successfuly
