    Hi @milgiorgos

Thanks for the screenshot, it helped me a lot to understand what was going on. I did some tests this morning on my own computer under W10.
I installed the "rescue version" MDC with the option "OpenGL Software" as I advised you, which is for me the "4.1.10.4054" and not the "4.1.5.3181". MDC should not be uninstalled and an old version from before January 2018 should not be used, it can't work. I don't know where you found this version 4.1.5.3181.
At no time did the "rescue version" MDC ask or force me to upgrade to the higher version 4.2.8.4052. It's the principle of this "rescue version" = Not to install the latest MDC version for W10.
But anyway, the "rescue version" will not solve your problem due to its origin.

I was able to reproduce your problem. It's not a problem with your computer or a Windows problem but for me it's a MyDrive Connect bug with the language chosen, the Greek (Ελληνικά) if I am not mistaken. It's up to Tomtom to find a fix.

Sorry for you, but in the meantime I see no other solution than to select another language (English for example)
You can keep the latest version of MDC 4.2.8.4052. No need to uninstall or close it, change the language used.
Take the file here if necessary, the red button "Download for Windows"

    - Right click on the MDC icon in the task bar next to the clock, choose "Settings".
    - Go to the "General" tab and then on the "Country" line, select another language then "Save settings".

@VikramK , TomTom forum moderator, can report the problem, if not already identified, to the concerned team to find a fix. I think it's more or less linked to the worry that @Ste7ios had here also with the Greek language.

    Regards.

    Hi all

    @milgiorgos

Do you mean that when you launch MyDrive Connect (MDC) with its icon the software will not start, no window will open on your PC screen?

Have you tried to uninstall MDC and redo a clean installation? To do this, use a PC user account with administrator rights and check that your antivirus does not block the installation.
Take an installation file that corresponds to your OS.
    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014482660-TomTom-Navigation-using-MyDrive-Connect

If you have a TomTom Wi-Fi device last generation, such as a Premium/Essential/Basic or a GOWifi 620/520. The MDC software is not necessery to update the device. You install and use MDC only to get the internet connection through your PC instead of direct Wifi (Wifi too weak or unstable or if you prefer this way). All management, including updates and downloads, is done and launched from the device, not on PC in MDC wich have a fix screen display.
Launch your updates one by one, Navcore first alone, then the map alone, etc...

Update a Wifi device, look here at the bottom of the page how to use MDC with a WiFi device:
    https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360013899580-Updating-your-device-using-Wi-Fi

If it is not that, it will be necessary to give more details on your problem (device name and OS)

    Regards.

    Hi
    @milgiorgos
If the device is one of the latest NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices....
The NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices normally update using Wi-Fi....
If Wi-Fi is not available or is slow/unstable/unreliable.....
See Option... (2) Connect over USB....

TomTom Video... Updating your navigation device using Wi-Fi®

If you have successfully connected your device to your Wi-Fi....
To check your Connection Speed, Signal Strength & Quality
    On the Device... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Settings --> Wi-Fi
Tap on the Your Wi-fi name (The one Showing as connected)
    A new Menu Page opens

    7g8gwfpx1swt.jpg
On the left-hand side of the screen is your Wi-Fi Connection Status

Tomtom recommend a minimum Wi-Fi download speed of 30Mbps
    Tomtom NAV5 (Wi-Fi) devices will only connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
All the update actions are executed on the device...

    ___________________________

    Option... (1) Connected Wi-Fi
Tap the 4Dot(.... Menu) --> Setting --> Updates & New Items
Extra Maps are Installed/Maintained... Tap the 4Dot(.... Menu) --> Setting --> Maps

I always update my devices one Update at a time
The NavCore Application and QuickFixGPS updates are force ticked by Tomtom... Deselect any other updates like Maps, Speed Cams etc... Update the mandatory item/s first, when complete update the remaining items one at a time

Note... NAV(5 Wifi) devices connected over Wifi do not require MyDrive Connect to be running Even if myDrive is running you have no access the MyDrive Connect menu structures as used by the previous NAV3 & 4 devices
    ____________________________

    Option... (2) Connected USB
If Wi-Fi is not available or is slow/unstable/unreliable.....
Tomtom recommend a minimum Wi-Fi download speed of 30Mbps

Connecting hard-wired over USB is normally more reliable than any Over The Air Connections
Updating your new device over USB will require "MyDrive Connect"
    Get it here..... https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12428
    Install and Run MyDrive Connect
There's no need to login to MyDrive Connect... See Note... (1)
Connect your Device to a USB Port on your PC
    The Update will hopefully complete

If your using a Laptop it would be also more advisable to use a hard-wire connection back from the Laptop to the Router....
    _________________________

Note... (1) MyDrive Connect will only show a "Splash screen" saying "Connect your device using Wifi" etc....

    27bxc59f2s23.png
If required you can close the 'Main Mydrive Window' showing the "Connect your device using Wifi" Splash screen... MyDrive Connect only needs to run in the background on the PC TaskBar... The NAV(5 Wifi) devices have no access the MyDrive Menu structures as used by the previous NAV3 & 4 devices
Updating a NAV5 (Wi-Fi) device using USB is the same as using Wi-Fi, all of the update actions are executed on the device...
Tap the 4Dot(.... Menu) --> Setting --> Updates & New Items
Extra Maps are Installed/Maintained... Tap the 4Dot(.... Menu) --> Setting --> Maps

    Hi all

    @milgiorgos

OK, with a GO510 MDC is essential. We need more details to try to help you.
What is your Operating System (OS) and what version?
A MAC computer, which IOS version? A Windows computer, which version, Windows10/ W8 or 8.1/ W7 with or without SP1/ Vista/ XP.
You have an error or informational message during installation, which one? A screenshot of the message or at least its text would help.

If no error message or still no window MDC and you are under W10 or W7 with SP1 or W8.1 maybe an OpenGL problem.
Try to follow this process after installed the latest MDC version 4.2.8.4052. Take it here:
    - On this page, at the bottom, the green button "Download for Windows":
    https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/mydrive-connect/
    - In the popup window, keep ticked at least "Download updates on my computer (recommended)" this is essential, the two other choices are optional, personally I untick both.

Then Right-click on the MDC icon in the taskbar next to the clock, if necessary click on the symbol ^ to find the MDC icon, choose "Settings".
    95f96yo7k9bx.png
    - Go to the "General" tab then click on "OpenGL Dynamic" in "Graphics mode" line.
    2oelbqgv7mwo.png

1/ First in the list select "OpenGL Angle" then "Save Settings".
    - MDC restart and should open with a correct display.
From memory, you may have a popup asking you if the display is OK or not... not sure. There was an FAQ but I can't find it...

2/If it still does not work, you repeat the same process and choose "OpenGL Software" then "Save Settings".
    - MDC restarts and a popup asks you if the display is correct.
    - If you answer "No" here, the program should propose you to download and install another MDC version. This is the "rescue" version in case of an "unsolvable" problem. It takes a little while, wait for the process to finish on its own.

I hope this will help you. Keep us informed.

    Regards.

    Thanks for reporting this @milgiorgos & @LAURE123

I have forwarded it to my Product Team.

In the meanwhile a recommended workaround would be to use a different language interface as Laure suggested :)

    Regards, Vikram.

    Hi
    @milgiorgos @LAURE123 @VikramK
    Hi Laura & Vikram
I've been having the same 'That page cannot be found' error for ages....

For me the error mainly occurs when using the links on the 'Page Footer' of the Forum
Scroll to the bottom of the screen
Right Click on the Link --> Open in a New Window (I want to open the link/s in a new window and keep the Forum page open)
I get the 'The page cannot be found' error....

Workaround.... I use the same general principle as Laura i.e... Change the language....
Scroll to the bottom of the screen that is showing the 'That page cannot be found' error Click on the Counties Flag displayed screen bottom right
    A new window opens
Click on a different Flag (I usually use USA Flag)
    Click on the USA flag
    A new window opens
Click back on the UK Flag
Then all the links work OK

    Stay Safe... ATB YFM
