Novice Seeker
I had 2 upgrades, which I did yesterday. When I went to use sat nav today it says upgrade failed. Now it says no maps. I cannot get anything else. I have GO5200 sat nav

Unfortunately it didn’t work. I followed the instructions, and when I chose to download a map it said “oops something went wrong. Please try again0

Have you a Memory card in your device? Sometimes that can make problems.0

No I dont have a memory card. I dont have a computer either, just an iPad0

Try this-
Perform a soft reset -
Try using MyDirve Connect on your computer instead of WiFi to install the map updates.
The actions will still have to be performed on the device. MyDrive Connect will only serve as an alternative source of internet connectivity.

Hi everyone. Thank you for all your replies. Ive eventually been able to live chat with Tomtom and my problem has now been resolved. Apparently my internet was not strong enough, so I had to go to the local pub (such a hardship) to use their internet and I’m now up and running again.0
