Traffic: "Service niet beschikbaar"

Traffic: Service not available.
Wifi is off.
GPRS is connected.

I read in another post:
that you should call customer support. Well, there's no phone number for customer support.

So someone from TomTom should look at my account and contact me to see if the settings are ok.

I'm in the Netherlands.

    There are Chat and email options but they will be no quicker than if @VikramK or @lampard can look at your account on Monday.
