Traffic: "Service niet beschikbaar"

Traffic: Service not available.
Wifi is off.
GPRS is connected.

I read in another post:
https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/1034091/no-gprs-on-tomtom-go-5200
that you should call customer support. Well, there's no phone number for customer support.

So someone from TomTom should look at my account and contact me to see if the settings are ok.

I'm in the Netherlands.

    There are Chat and email options but they will be no quicker than if @VikramK or @lampard can look at your account on Monday.

    That worked, though it is strange you have to make changes to the back end for something you bought?! Thanks!

    It didn't work at all. I did update and reset the device twice. Over 3 weeks there is still no connection with traffic service.

    If you have tried the troubleshooting advise provided on this article - https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014530220

    then I would suggest that you report this to the customer service. Could be a problem related to the SIM.
