Acabo de comprarme un Go Professional 6250 y he actualizado todo lo que me pedia. El mapa sigue en la version 1035 y me pone que tiene 14 meses de antiguedad. ¿Como puedo actualizarlo a la version mas actual?
I just bought a Go Professional 6250 and I have updated everything you asked for. The map is still in version 1035 and it tells me that it is 14 months old. How can I update it to the latest version?

Hi
@NikkoTorques
Welcome to the site....
These are unusual times... Tomtom is like everywhere else, the restrictions as a result of the Corona Virus, Social Distancing and people working from home, is probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Accounts/Devices....
@VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

Hi @NikkoTorques
Hopefully @lampard will pick this up and sort your account out which is probably the issue. Look back here tomorrow.

¿Necesitais saber mi email para verificar la cuenta o numero de serie del navegador?
Do you need to know my email to verify the account or serial number of the browser?0 -
Hi @NikkoTorques
If the unit is attached to the same email you are using to get on this forum then they should be able to see it on their servers.

Vale, Gracias.
Ok, Thanks.0 -
Necesito una respuesta rápida por parte de los administradores ya que me voy de viaje este domingo con el camión. Gracias.
I need a quick response from the administrators since I'm going on a trip this Sunday with the truck. Thank you0 -
También me pone que el estado GPRS es desconectado.
It also tells me that the GPRS state is disconnected.0 -
Hi @NikkoTorques
It will say GPRS disconnected if your unit is connected to Wifi.
There have been and still are issues with the Forum and so at this point I don’t think the Mods will be able to sort out the latest map before Monday. Keep checking on the unit in case they manage to resolve it.

When you are connected over Wi-Fi....
The Wi-Fi connection will take priority over the GPRS SIM
Note....
Its the same when you are connected over USB....
The USB connection will take priority over the GPRS SIM
Try moving out of the Range of your Wi-Fi
Or
Logout of your Wi-Fi....
(You can't actually logout you can only 'Forget' the connection)
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Settings --> Wi-Fi
Tap on your Connected Wi-Fi
Tap (Modify) Icon
Tap (Forget) Icon
Tap (^) Icon Screen top right
To verify the Wi-Fi is OFF Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) screen top right Wi-Fi logo with an 'X'
To Reconnect to Wi-Fi.... For Updating etc....
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Settings --> Wi-Fi
Tap on your chosen Wi-Fi
Enter your Wi-Fi Password
Tap Done
Tap Connect
Unless you're using a personal My-Fi Hotspot in the car for your data connection, the only other reason for a live Wi-Fi connection is for updating the device... I turn off (Forget) Wi-Fi by default and only login for updates
Its no big deal for updates, you only have to enter your Wi-Fi password
Another benefit of logging out of Wi-Fi... I find the device is more stable and more responsive in general use when you 'Forget' the Wi-Fi connection

Hi @NikkoTorques
Welcome to the community!
Our team has sorted the subscriptions on your device.
The new map updates should be offered for download when connected to a WiFi internet connection.
