I recently bought a renault megane with carminat tomtom.
I also bought a new map and bought TomTom Live service, but I am not able to connect with the Live Services. On the website I read, that after 3 years the simcard is deactivated. How do I solve this issue?
To reach the client services is apparantly not so simple as writing an email or makeing a phonecall.

Welcome to the community and sorry about my late reply..
The map you purchased should be offered for download, however the SIM card must be deactivated as the previous subscription ended back in 2013.
