Start 62 no maps avilable.
I have a TomTom Start62. comes with liftime maps. purchased it 6month ago.
when inserted SD card all maps was gone. connected to MyDrive. and there under my maps is only offer: Time to replace my device!
i dont whant to by a new deviece. i just bought one!
How can i redownload/update maps for my almost new device!

The services on your device for map updates have been activated. Please check for updates in MyDrive Connect.

the only posible update for maps is to purchase new device with discount.
and i cant activate nothing on the device. thre is only message: "No Maps Available"
only active button is OK.

Try a Soft Reset. ie Turn the unit on and when ready Hold the On/Off button down for about 20 seconds plus until you hear the drumroll sound then let the button go. No restart MyDrive Connect and see if updates are offered.
Is your new unit listed in the software and is it logged into the same account?

have tried the Soft Reset before without success But now it worked
now after SofReset there is full list of maps available.
Or @VikramK you did something?
