Welcome to the community!
Please try the below-
1. Disconnect the device from the computer and do a soft reset..
2. Delete the HOME3 folder located at -
C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Local\TomTom\
3. Now connect the device to the computer and check for updates in MyDrive Connect.

Load updates one at a time don't try and do them all in one go. See if that helps If one of the updates is for the operating software you have to do that first on its own.
