Hi,
One of my TOMTOM GO Professional 6250 will not update maps, it shows "expired" subscription. The other however updates just fine.
Shouldnt all pro versions of these devices lifetime map update enabled?

Hi, I can't find a live subscription renewal for my device and am getting no help from tomtom. Can anyone tell me if there is one available please?0

Click on the the following link and Log into your account
https://help.tomtom.com/hc/en-gb
Now click on the Update option at the top of the page then you have an option to select Live Updates.
