I just bought a new voice of sam and it went through 2 time and i can not get to download on my gps

    You have ordered the voice for which device? I don't see any device linked to your TomTom account.

    Could you send me the serial number of the device through a private message ?

    Thanks for sending the serial number. The device TomTom PRO 7150 TRUCK is not a consumer product and support for this device is handled by Webfleet

    I don't think the voice you ordered will be compatible with that model. If it's a paid voice, please contact our customer service with the order number to raise a refund request.
