No map update for new device available

Hello,
this Monday I bought a Tomtom GO BASIC on the offical Tomtom Website which arrived today. After startup, firmware was updated successfully via WiFi to 19.201. Installed Map version is v1011. I tried to update the map several times and it says always: its up to date. I expected to get map 1050?! I tried factory reset, without succes. Strange: I can buy a new map after login in the website.
To avoid a return shipment to complain the device what could be the next step?
