How to contact support

Hi,
I just bought live traffic for my in dash Reanult TomTom Live. After fidling with it for about 45 min I started searching google for answers on why it does not work. Then I stumbled upon some posts that say that cars without live services enabled for more than 3 years can't renew their subscription. All I want now is to contact customer service agent to initiate refund or actvate my SIM.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
