I have spent hours going around in circles . I find your web site so difficult because it just wants you to pay & update unit . The only thing I can think of is to pay & update unit & then delete account . & give up !
I did as you said ,went into my drive clicked on account & there was no subscription in the box , only billing addresses etc
I'm not sure but your message makes me think that there maybe a misunderstanding for access to the customer account. It's Not in the software installed on your PC to update your device, MyDrive Connect and its "My Account" tab. No access to subscriptions in what you named My Drive.
You must connect to your TomTom customer account on a Web page with your internet browser, Firefox, Edge, Chrome, etc ...
You have a direct link to the TomTom customer account in the FAQ. Here, use it, type your email and password in this web page and click on "subscriptions" tab: https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/account/details.html
A screenshot of my own account. I have no subscription.
Try the link above again to check. In this topic I have given you the links to contact TomTom customer service.
There is no direct email, you still have to use a web page with your browser. Look at here direct link for UK costumer service: https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/contact_incident/c/4757/p/141/locale/en_GB
If your account is registered in another country, go to the bottom of the web page and click on the flag.
Or maybe you have an old TomTom account registered in another country or with a different email address that manages the subscription to check also.

Sorry that did not help. I would recommend that you report this to our customer service.
They should be able to investigate this further.
Thank you, Vikram
