Can't stay logged in to TomTom MyDrive

One of those seemingly trivial but nevertheless irritating problems; every time I open MyDrive, I've been logged out. I tick the box to 'stay logged in', tried not clearing my browser cache etc., but it makes no difference.
Any ideas?
I use Chrome, but the problem exists in Edge also.

    Our team has checked and the sessions should last for around 12 hours. Perhaps it's a configuration we need to revisit.

    The team tested this I tried this again on a Chrome browser; if I close the tab and reopen the website I am still logged in.

    However, after closing the browser I can reproduce the above behaviour.

    I will get back on this.

    Not sure if you've actually fixed this yet, but either way it seems to be working fine now and I stay logged in!

    Hmm, got a bit excited there...........it's still logging itself out in fact.

    We have raised a ticket and the team is investigating the issue.

    The log out behaviour is not consistent all the time and so it's difficult to reproduce the bug for everyone using the MyDrive web.

    I will let you know as soon as there is any update.

    Thanks very much. The inconsistent log out behaviour explains why I thought it was fixed!
