Ok so I’ve gone to renew my speed camera subscription as it’s run out and I get the message payment status unknown - please call TomTom.
The number supplied isn’t working and there doesn’t appear to be an option for an online chat.
Can anyone help out? I appreciate things are difficult with the current situation but to only have an online forum for support is pretty poor.
If there is a issue with renewing subscriptions and all the telephone numbers aren’t working then surely it would be an idea to communicate this with the users?

I ended up speaking to support who resolved the issue. The support guy was really helpful.
I still fell that there should be better information regarding the fact that there is only online chat available.
