    TomTom does not offer a repair service. If the watch is in warranty contact Customer Support (email or chat only). If not,. throw it out and get a new watch. TT Sports went out of business over 2.5 years ago and the watches have been discontinued and support is severely limited. It is time to move on, you will find watches with far deeper and advanced features sets for a very reasonable price these days.
