Pending Order


I have ordered tomtom runner3 on 19th of May. I have not received so far. It is hard to contact customer support thru email. Can some one help me to trace my order or tell me when can I expect the watch to my address.

    Why would you order a watch that has been discontinued from a company that has been out of business for over 2.5 years? I am surprised you could even order one and it is a mistake consider they are no longer supported and all production and development ended back in 2017. Hopefully you can cancel the order but this is not the place for that as this is a user forum, not customer support. You need to contact support directly which can only be done by email of chat during business hours in India. There is no phone support for watches.
