Runner2 watch shuts down during activity

Hi,
Restarted jogging and twice now in the last week, I've had my watch die on me during my run (after 1-2 km). Battery is charged. I am running what appears to be the latest firmware 1.7.64.
Anyone experience this?

If a factory reset does knot fix it there is not much else you can do, it is probably just a bad device. You cannot do anything about the firmware, they are no longer doing rollbacks (and a rollback would not help this anyway). Since it is out of warranty and TT Sports went out of business over 2.5 years ago it is time to trash it and buy a new watch from another brand.

Thanks tfarabaugh. Yeah trying the factory reset was going to be my last resort if no one had any insights/ideas. I'll give that a shot.
