Latest version Lifetime maps?

Hello,
Yesterday I bought a Tomtom Go Basic 5". I updated it via wifi and the device says it's updated. But it's version v10.15.9165 of July 2018.
Hoe can I get the newest version of May 2020?

    Thank you very much for your quick response @VikramK and @DougLap ! After that I've turned off and on the wifi, the latest update appeared.

    Do I get automatically the updates from now 4 times a year?

    As Vikram has sorted your account out you should now get the quarterly updates.

    Hello,

    It looks that i have similar problem as Loulou22. I bought Tomtom Go Basic 5" with liftime updates. Small updates are working, but not updates of Map. I still have version 10.11.

    Can VikramK also help me?

    Hiya

    The device does not get update and it should have lifetime map.The map itself 22 month old on it and the sat nav says it is up to date. Obviously I tried all the thing it said in FAQ but I can not receive any update at all and online ask me to renew my map but I do not really wanna pay for it. haha

    I have now live traffic but I still do not receive the new map!

    Is there anything you can do about it?

    Did you message @VikramK the serial number he asked for against your previous post.

    If you did depending on what time you responded he may not have got it in time to do it yesterday and now he is off until Monday.
