Hello,
Yesterday I bought a Tomtom Go Basic 5". I updated it via wifi and the device says it's updated. But it's version v10.15.9165 of July 2018.
Hoe can I get the newest version of May 2020?
It looks that i have similar problem as Loulou22. I bought Tomtom Go Basic 5" with liftime updates. Small updates are working, but not updates of Map. I still have version 10.11.

The device does not get update and it should have lifetime map.The map itself 22 month old on it and the sat nav says it is up to date. Obviously I tried all the thing it said in FAQ but I can not receive any update at all and online ask me to renew my map but I do not really wanna pay for it. haha
I already informed you through a private message that your device shows as blocked on our servers. As advised please get in touch with the customer service, I think they will require some additional information before the device can be unblocked.

Did you message @VikramK the serial number he asked for against your previous post.
If you did depending on what time you responded he may not have got it in time to do it yesterday and now he is off until Monday.
I bought a rider 500, but can't update the maps.
