    Welcome to the community!
    Factory reset in some cases fixes the connectivity issues.
    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    See steps on this FAQ for a fresh pairing.

    Hi Vikram,
    Thanks very much for your swift reply. I am loath to reset as I assume I would lose all "My Places". As I said I can get Traffic via my home WiFi. I don't think the connectivity between my TomTom and my phone isda problem as I get the phone symbol in the bottom right corner. However my mobile (with MyDrive installed) shows the symbol of the traffic with a line through.

    If you log into the Web version on MyDrive Web Route planner (Tomtom Cloud)
    With your Tomtom Email & Password....
    Here... https://mydrive.tomtom.com/
    On the device Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> MyDrive... Login with your Tomtom Email & Password....

    Your My Places should sync and be stored on the MyDrive Web Route planner
