Hi @fausto
I have asked our team to roll out a patch to fix the menu. Just do a soft reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect.
Ideally, the device should update automatically in the background and could reboot.
Now check the menu and you should see that option to proceed with the troubleshooting advise.

However, the instructions for sharing information say to go to settings > "Me and my device". I do not have a "Me and my device" menu item under settings. Please advise.

OK. now I've installed the menu patch, the unit has reset with "me and my device" menu item present. The data sharing connection is now enabled (by default?).
I have entered a destination and now have the "Traffic" bar down the right hand side.
So far so good. Now why did the sharing connection become disabled. I certainly didn't do it?
There are some other devices impacted by this bug(Nav3). We already have a ticket open for it. As a workaround, a software patch fixes the problem.
Sorry for the trouble....
