Just bought this device because of the lifetime maps. Updated with MyDrive Connect. MyDrive Connect reports the device is uptodate. The installed Europe map is v1035 from 07/2019. Is there some procedure to activate Lifetime?

On Monday @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators can check your Account and the Status of your Lifetime maps....
Thanks for your quick answer. Now there is another problem. I was downloading a smaller zone and the dornload failed. Now I have no maps anymore on the device and MyDrive Connect still reports that the device is uptodate.
