Go professional 6250 new map updates not offered

Hello I bought Go professional 6250 today, there were a few updates but very small ones like Pois etc.
and k no new maps and radar does not show.
# info is listed but it says: services are not available .....
application version: 19.201.0010.411 (0)
Maps: Europe trucks v 1015.9116 22 months old:
Must drive away on Sunday night?

    I guess at Tomtom its like everywhere else... The restrictions as a result of the Corona Virus, Social Distancing and people working from home, is probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Accounts/Devices....
    @VikramK or @lampard... The Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check your account status....

    Hello, i have absolutly the same problem, but i bought navi around a month ago and still no new maps only few small updates, kinda sad when i have to drive ADR across Europe with 22month old maps... hope sombody gonna help me ASAP. BIG thanks.

    I have same problem with my tomtom go professional 6200 I bought yesterday no new maps offered stuck with the 22month old maps

    I have the same problem, bought a tomtom 6250 professional today, maps are 14mnths old and no updates for maps only small like poi's and speedcameras. Help please !

    Just seen that people have this problem. I have the same issue i do not get the new map update on go pro 6200 and I do really need it by Wednesday! :(
