i am trying to upload routes /tracks to my rider 550 wirelessly from myroute app but everytime i try it tells my credentials are incorrect, it turns out i have two tomtom accounts on two different email address, i would like to know if i can delete one without it affecting the other, i can log in on either to my drive or tomtom connect, so i am worried i will lose all my work info, it does not matter which i log into, neither of them are recognised by my route app.

    wirelessly how ?and when do you get the credentials error?
    account deletion is possible by contacting customer care but you need to be sure which one to delete.
    factory reset the rider try to log in again with the one you wish to keep.

    There is a online program called myroute app where you can make routes and send then to your tomtom wirelessly by logging into my my drive account, but it just tells me my credentials are wrong, but I can use the same e mail and password to get into my drive, tomtom my drive connect and any other tomtom sites, but it will not work with my route app and I don't know why ?

    Just tested to export a route from MRA to MyDrive (Beta)
    Still works for me.

    Maybe special characters in your account or password are a problem for MRA.

    Maybe you can try Load Track to upload your GPX files from MRA.
