My Go 5200 & 6200 have both frozen screens showing computer to satnav unit showing X in line.
What is the fix to cure this, they try to repair via my drive but it always fails.
The 6200 has a cracked touch screen too but I dont want to replace it if I am going to have to dispose of the units.

It looks like Recovery Mode has initialized on your device.....
When in Recovery Mode... The device must be capable showing as Connected over USB for the Recovery process to complete....

Maybe Win 10s Troubleshooter will fix the Driver Problems (Or any other USB problems)
