Go 620- Saved places back up to a memory card
Is there a way to save the places on a micro sd card so I can connect with my drive again?
The support of Tomtom Holland doesn't understand the problem..😥
Maybe someone here knows what I mean and has solved it..

You can´t save the My Places on a Memory card, but you can convert them to a Poi list.

Welcome to the site....
All the Data is stored on your Account on the Tomtom Cloud

Many users have asked for the facility to backup their MyPlaces to a PC
The MyDrive Route planner allows you to download your data from the Tomtom Cloud

That's the problem.
Because I've saved so many places, the device doesn't work when it's connected with my drive.
It starts up over and over again.
I've tried it with the device of my colleague (go 520) which works properly on his account, but when I put it on my account, it has the same problem.
So the saved places are only on my device and not in my drive. So I can't do a reset, because then I lose a lot of information.

Welcome to the site..... Are you logged into MyDrive on the GO 620
Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> System --> MyDrive
You need to be logged into MyDrive on the device on order to sync the MyPlaces with The MyDrive Web Route planner....
