Cannot sink my Runner 2 watch to my cadence/speed bike sensor. I followed all steps correctly but still did not manage. Any help?

Is it a single combo cadence/speed sensor? That is all the watch supports, not two separate sensors. Do you have the sensors lined up properly, with the spoke sensor passing over the back of the battery pod, across the line right above where it says "Close" and within 2mm (you will need to tilt the pod in towards the spokes, it must be real close)? Is the pedal sensor passing over the back of the smaller pod, where the wire goes in, again within 2mm? The clearances must be really close to sense it. You also first need to turn the bikes sensor on in the watch by pressing down and going to Sensors>Bike>On. Finally make sure if you had previously paired it with another device that you removed it from that one as that device may be stealing the signal.
