Subscription and "my routes" sync issue
I have been using tomtom services successfully in the past but currently, I cannot see "My routes" on my TomTom Go app for android.
- I'm sure I'm logging in with the same account on the android app and on mydrive.tomtom.com.
- I selected the "Sync this route as a track with my devices" option on my routes
- I enabled "MyDrive" in TomTom services page in the Android app
Problem1: I cannot see anything on "My routes"
Problem2: On my account on the web page, I cannot see my subscription
