Subscription and "my routes" sync issue

I have been using tomtom services successfully in the past but currently, I cannot see "My routes" on my TomTom Go app for android.
  • I'm sure I'm logging in with the same account on the android app and on
  • I selected the "Sync this route as a track with my devices" option on my routes
  • I enabled "MyDrive" in TomTom services page in the Android app

Problem1: I cannot see anything on "My routes"
Problem2: On my account on the web page, I cannot see my subscription

    OMG! So what's the point of that 'My drive' switch in my first screenshot!?
    Can't they at least disable that switch and put a message there that it doesn't work yet!?
    How lame!

    Hi @papadi

    I think you will find that your My places will still sync so you need to have logged into My Drive on the App to facilitate that.

    Welcome to the Community! We're sorry that we don't currently offer MyDrive route syncing on GO Navigation. We are actively working on making the feature compatible with our new maps and expect to release it later this year.

    I wish you didn't have that "My routes" option in the app, or at least put a warning there that it doesn't work. I lost so much time trying to find a solution!

    Now I downgraded to version 1.xx.
