Subscription and "my routes" sync issue

Hi!
I have been using tomtom services successfully in the past but currently, I cannot see "My routes" on my TomTom Go app for android.
Problem1: I cannot see anything on "My routes"
Problem2: On my account on the web page, I cannot see my subscription



I have been using tomtom services successfully in the past but currently, I cannot see "My routes" on my TomTom Go app for android.
- I'm sure I'm logging in with the same account on the android app and on mydrive.tomtom.com.
- I selected the "Sync this route as a track with my devices" option on my routes
- I enabled "MyDrive" in TomTom services page in the Android app
Problem1: I cannot see anything on "My routes"
Problem2: On my account on the web page, I cannot see my subscription

If you have updated to the latest version of the Android App then you will not be able to sync the My Routes data as you could before. The new App uses a different Map set and the Routes created on the old map versions are not compatible with the new Maps. Tomtom have said that they are working on compatibility which when achieved will hopefully also facilitate the adding of the My Routes option on the IOS version of the App as well. The IOS versions have never had that option maybe because Apple have not permitted the inclusion of the facility, who knows?

OMG! So what's the point of that 'My drive' switch in my first screenshot!?
Can't they at least disable that switch and put a message there that it doesn't work yet!?

I wish you didn't have that "My routes" option in the app, or at least put a warning there that it doesn't work. I lost so much time trying to find a solution!
Now I downgraded to version 1.xx.0
