Although the navigation works on TomTom maps and software the support is provided by the car dealer.
Did you already visit the Ford Website?

Unfortunately, we do not have a Ford dealer in Russia. Will a DVD with a TomTom card fit me? https://www.tomtom.com/en_ie/drive/maps-services/shop/travel-map/russia/

Unfortunately, the maps you are looking for on our webshop cannot be downloaded to a DVD or an external storage.
Those are offered as map updates in our support applications TomTom HOME/ MyDrive Connect.
