No option to update map of Western Europe for release 1047

My SD card is currently loaded with the maps for Western Europe but this option has been removed from the latest release and there is no apparent alternative that would give me the equivalent coverage.
My original release was for the whole of Europe, but as maps have grown this doesn't fit on the SD card, so I have had to gradually reduce the coverage I can download.
I just need to know how to maintain coverage of the various countries of Western Europe on my device.

Welcome to the community!
Map v10.47 was only released to fix some bugs in the search results affecting the Nav4 and WiFi models. The map coverage is exactly the same as in v10.45.
If you are on v10.45 of Western Europe then you have the latest map installed.

What size memory card do you have? SD card with 8GB memory max is compatible with the Carminat LIVE device. The present size of the Europe map is around 4.5GB.

Installing zones depending on your travel preference is the 2nd alternative.

Thanks Vikram, I think I will buy an 8GB card so I can get the whole of Europe on again as the options available on HOME seem to change with every release.
