Updating without Laptop / Pc- Purchase advise?.

Hello,
I am thinking of replacing my old tomtom but no longer own a pic/laptop , I seem to remember having to register my device on line last time ( about 5 years ago ) . Am I doomed to a life without satnav if I don't own a computer ?

The latest devices like Go 5200/6200, Go Basic, o Essential or go Premium are WIFI Devices.
You can update them without a pc or laptop. You only must have a WIFI Router or a Smartphone where you can make a WIFI Hotspot.
Maybe a TomTom Navigation App is an alternative for you.
