I purchase 3 weeks ago a tomtom go profesional 6250 and I'm very disapointed...

Hello everyone,I bought a new device with the Europe truck maps 13 months old,already installed and when I try to renew or update the latest map,I need to pay and I dont find fair,as far as I have a lifetime maps...
If someone can give me some information or indication....Thank you

    You must contact the support to sort your account. The map should be ver.1046/1047.

    Thanks a lot,is that I mean it....Just imagine,mine is still at 1030 and I dont understand why it not came already updated,because I just bought the sat nav

    Sometimes some devices do not activate properly.
    Then the support must help.
