As a workaround you can copy and Paste the link in the Browser Bar.

Today it seems to work.
Yesterday i get the same error after clicking the function "share a link"
Sharing via mail, Facebook and Twitter I have not checked yesterday.
Win10 with Firefox1 -
The error is received when trying to access the link. And the same happens with all my friends.
For example this is the link to one of my routes: https://mydrive.tomtom.com/gor-webapp/share/itinerary/b1dd431d-db02-4b03-8de8-7d4e1c2dcbd9#mode=itinerary+viewport=50.01565,6.32303,8.7,0,-0+itinerary={"id":"b1dd431d-db02-4b03-8de8-7d4e1c2dcbd9"}+ver=3
I click on share route and then click on the copy link to clipboard button. Does it work for you?0 -

cant open your link.
When I copy a route into the clipboard using the share link and then open it in another browser, I get an error.
If I copy the Url from the browser line and paste it into another browser there are no problems.
If I open a saved route and click on Edit Route and then copy the link to the clipboard there are no problems.
So as a workaround you must copy the link in the Browserline.1 -
Ok the workaround, but the route may be altered on each client side when copying the URL from the edit mode, so I hope it will be fixed.0
