I purchased new map but it doesn't appear in MyDriveConnect

This device came with "Europa Ocidental", however it's outdated
I bought the map "Mapa da Península Ibérica (Portugal e Espanha)" two days ago (08/05/2020) and the order is now marked as complete.
How should I proceed to change the current map to this new one?
When I visit the MyDrive Connect using my account it detects the device but only gives me options to change the current map ("Europa Ocidental") to a smaller map, but no option to use the map I bought ("Portugal and Spain")
This is a bit urgent because I really need this upgraded map tomorrow.
Can someone please help me?
