just purchased speed camera update got conformation on email that order has been placed but have not received update
tried to purchase again but price has gone up
please help

    Maybe because of the current situation some purchases seem to be taking a while to be allocated to accounts.

    Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard will see this tomorrow and review your account and sort it for you.

    The team has confirmed that you have tried placing the order twice and on both occasions, the order was not completed. Payment has not been deducted from your account.
    The current subscription is valid until the end of May 2020.

    If it was a promotional offer you wish to avail then please report this to our customer service and they can advise further.
