why has my TomTom been updated to premium ?

I upgraded my TomTom app to premium but it has not been upgraded and I paid 20 €

    Welcome to the site....
    I guess at Tomtom its like everywhere else....
    The restrictions as a result of the Corona Virus, Social Distancing and people working from home, are probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Accounts/Devices....
    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up nn Tomorrow and check your Account Status....

    Due to COVID-19 the Support Phone service has been suspended....
    Use.... Tomtom Direct Email & Chat Links by Country....
    Click on required Countries Email or Chat Link....
