Why has TOMTOM charged my Visa account NZ$4.99 for the last 2 months?

I consider this to be theft as I have not authorised any payment since I purchased a new TOMTOM on
October 28th 2019. Payment was made in full for this unit and has lifetime maps and speed cameras.
I require this money to be refunded immediately and for my Credit Card details to be removed from your system forthwith. Contact me on [email protected]
