Change of Ownership. — TomTom Community

Change of Ownership.

I was given the Tom Tom by another user. We did the change of ownership ie logged in as him and changed the email to mine. There is now no record of him in the device nor in myDRive. However, whenever I go somewhere he gets messages and likewise when he goes somewhere on a completely different device it resets my home to his. The account is still obviously linked. What should I do. Can I eg reformat the disk in the Tom to do a complete reinstall.

    factory reset should fix the issue
