How do i update my 6200 pro through Tom Tom connect with a product i have purchased

I purchased Tom Tom traffic two weeks ago now. I have had the invoice through to say it had been fully paid for

    When the purchase is synced to you account then it should make the service available. There have been a few instances recently of this taking a little time, especially at weekends, but maybe @VikramK or @lampard can look at this for you when they return after the Weekend/Holiday. Keep an eye out here if it is still not working.
