How download bought east europe maps form tomtom carminat live

Hi.
I recently bought maps for east Europe and I want to download maps and install in my tomtom carminat live using SD card.
When I bought map I have explanation how to download map, and steps was to download TomTom MyDrive Connect. But TomTom MyDrive Connect have order to connect my device using USB. tomtom carminat live for Reno Megan 3 support only SD.
Does anyone know download map on SD card ?

I thought the Carminat units used the TomTom HOME software not Tomtom My Drive Connect software..
