The Extra memory card you have installed has to be formatted by the device for use with maps. If you have the No Maps Available situation then you cannot start the device normally and format the card.
I would suggest that you remove the card and follow the instructions in this video.

If you only had the Europe map on your unit then probably you may not be able to complete the No Map Available video as the current map is too big to fit on the internal memory.. Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard can add a small map to your account which you will be able to load than insert the extra memory card and format it and add the Europe Map.. Do not remove the small map after you have got your unit fully working as should you have a problem updating your main map and as a result lose it the small map will help you run the unit normally and resolve the problem

A smaller map has been activated for the device. Connect the device to MyDrive Connect and check for updates.
