Glitch again

Downloading small update...everything normal to computer....then device shows it was downloading OK...yet window on computer shows ''Waiting for device'....device finishes saying it was OK to disconnect....so I again completely removed My Drive Connect using Revo uninstaller...then downloaded MyDrive Connect ....attached my device ..window pops up saying I was up to date...It seems sometimes computer not sensing device for some reason

    Via 1515...never had any problems in the past...seems last 2 updates..it appeared .the computer did not sense device... but the device was downloading as normal...I just plugged in my device and checked device manager..it showed Tom Tom in network adapter...so that's OK....strange

    If it happens again during a download..I will check network adapter..if it shows OK then I'll ignore the window telling me it cannot connect to device if it is downloading OK
