GO LIVE 1005 Connectivity Issue
It has had a factory reset, been updated and has been tested outside.
I don't have an active subscription for it but i would expect it to connect to the network regardless and i was going to subscribe but don't want to spend £50 on it to find out that my device is just not working properly.
according to the tomtom website the live services are still supported on this device but the option to subscribe to it isn't there on the MyDrive Connect app so maybe it no longer has the live services available due to it's age.
Does anyone know if it is still supported and should it be connecting to the tomtom network even without a subscription or is my device just faulty?

Can the sim be reactivated or replaced?

I reviewed your account and I see the previous subscription for LIVE Services ended May 2016.
I think the built-in SIM has been deactivated. More information on this FAQ
