Servers are Busy

I have been unable to connect for an update for three days now because TomTom's servers are busy, it happened a few weeks ago as well.
Their sales/marketing site is working, will they put some more resource in after sales support?

    I uninstalled, ran cCleaner and reinstalled and it worked immediately. Must be a bug in the software.
