Hello, I have been trying to log into my drive on my Go 5000 for the past few days without success. The error message says " trouble accessing TomTom services"
Live traffic still still showing cannot connect to Tomtom services for me in the UK.. It briefly came on for 20mins this morning but then went off again!!
Personally I found any problems updating ,logging on ETC..I just uninstall MY Drive Connect using free version of Revo Uninstaller...then Reinstall My Drive connect....
If you do this and click uninstall from Revo uninstaller list..initially it uninstalls using windows uninstaller...after it has finished you have to click SCAN...this searches for remnants still existing...when it displays these..click...select all ..then delete...you can now reinstall my drive connect
