TomTom Start62 not turning on

Good day . My TomTom Start62 does not connect to iMac.
I use your application MyDrive Connect Mac OS X. I did all the recommended actions, but all to no avail.
On the display of the navigator is a computer monitor, a red cross, a cord and a navigator with an exclamation mark in a red triangle.
In the setup menu of the iMac system, “network”, TomTom Start62 has a red dot and does not change to yellow.
Need your help.

    Welcome to the site....
    Maybe adapt the Methods to suit a Mac ???
    After you have MyDrive Connect running correctly... Then hopefully the Recovery mode will start and recover the device...

    On the rare occasions I have a problem with myDrive Connect
    I Delete MyDrive Connect using the free version of Revo Uninstaller then Reinstall MyDrive Connect....
    Using the Method Here...

    Or... Instead of UN-installing & RE-installing MyDrive Connect
    I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program... To be just as effective for giving MyDrive Connect a CPR...

    I'm on a Mac but have found the two folders you mentioned (Home3 and MyDriveConnect) and deleted them. Hurrah.. that's done the trick after a couple of frustrating weeks I've updated it successfully.

    The "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders are located here...
    MacOS: Users\Username\Library\Application Support\TomTom\

    "Download/installation interrupted".....
    Are your USB ports set for power saving "USB Selective Suspend"
